University Student Account Advisor
My my role as a lead designer is to work closely with the development team and product owner with every feature to make sure the user experience is smooth and seamless. This is done by ensuring we are building the right thing through continual user testing and stakeholder collaboration. I prefer to present interactive prototypes, which provide a better sense of the actual workflows. When design iterations are complete, I collaborate with the business analyst to inform the development process in Jira.
