Problem
With the rise of technology in the automotive industry, there is concern for the protection of the driver's data privacy. The focus of the manufacturers is all about technology and how they use vehicle data; there is very little thought for the privacy and protection of owner data.
Solution
Build controls into the vehicle's information system that raise awareness of vehicle data collection and allow the driver to opt out of sharing sensitive data points.
